At Yochi Creation, every creation is thoughtfully designed and crafted with particular attention to the quality of the materials, finishes, and smallest details.
To preserve the quality of our handcrafted pieces and ensure a fair experience for each of our customers, we have established the following terms regarding returns and refunds.
Return Period
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to contact us and request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

be in its original condition;

not have been worn, washed, or used;

retain its original tags, if applicable;

be returned in its original packaging;

be accompanied by proof of purchase.
Unfortunately, items showing signs of use, wear, or alteration cannot be accepted.

Returns sent without prior contact and approval cannot be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part or a manufacturing defect.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to their handcrafted or personalized nature, certain items cannot be returned.
These include, in particular:

made-to-order or personalized creations;

certain Tzitzit specially made according to the customer's request;

handcrafted jewelry;

artwork and visual creations;

items that have been personally modified or customized.
Because these creations are made with particular care and may be one-of-a-kind pieces, they cannot be returned to stock.

Defective Products or Incorrect Orders

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item you have received, the quickest option is generally to return the item according to the conditions outlined above and then place a new order for the desired item.
Right of Withdrawal for Orders Shipped to the European Union
In accordance with applicable European Union regulations, customers have a statutory period of 14 days from the date they receive their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.
Items must nevertheless be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
The applicable exceptions for personalized or made-to-order products remain in effect in accordance with applicable law.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your return has been approved or rejected.
If your refund is approved, it will be automatically issued to your original payment method within up to 10 business days.
Depending on your bank or credit card provider, additional processing time may be required before the refund appears in your account.
